Youth: Let's Animate (11-17 years)
4 Day Workshop | Registration closed 2025-06-27
Learn how to design and animate characters through a variety of animated cycles using digital or paper and pencil, transferred onto a digital timeline. Students will develop and refine their drawing skills and explore exercises that cover the basics of animation. For students with some animation experience, this can be a great space for learning more and strengthening an animated performance.
Students can bring digital devices or use traditional approaches: paper, pencils (these will be supplied).
Notes:
- Rough Animator is used in this course.
- There will be a one hour supervised lunch.
Base Tuition: $340 + Material Fee: $10 = $350 Total

Enzo Avolio
Enzo has been working in Animation and the Arts for many years now, including teaching Character Design in the BA Animation program at Sheridan College in Oakville. He has television credits for both Disney and Warner Bros. He joined TSA as an instructor, working with both youth and adults teaching animation including courses like Character Design, Drawing for Animation and Making Monsters for Youth courses. Enzo’s goal is the practise of creativity and the exploration of student's imaginations with a spirit of fun.
