In this ONLINE course we will focus on using an iPad and Apple pencil to learn all the benefits of Procreate*. Procreate is a drawing and painting piece of software that works with iPhones and iPads and will be used for making your digital art. Line drawing, tonal drawing, watercolour and painting techniques will be specific projects covered throughout the semester.

This course is designed for students who know how to draw and paint with natural media, and is not suitable for the complete beginner. Students need to have their own iPad with a working copy of Procreate and an Apple pencil** (installed, charged and ready for the first class).

Alternate storage options for handling your files in-progress and finished works will be advised and demonstrated. Some source images will be provided for students using TSA’s Google drive and the instructor will encourage students to pursue their own subjects of preference.

Note: There will be no class on May 20th due to the Victoria Day Holiday.

Base Tuition: $340
