Clay Club: Mentoring & Critique

9 Week Class ONLINE | This course has been canceled

Do you have a home ceramic studio practice or work on your own without regular feedback and idea sharing from like-minded artists? Have you ever felt like your exploration/work in clay is standing still/needs a little push? Would you like to connect with other ceramic artists to share ideas and receive support and feedback on your work? This online mentorship course is for ceramic artists (both emerging and established) who are interested in developing their work and exploring new directions within a supportive, nurturing and positive environment. Built upon the historical tradition of passing down knowledge and experience from a mentor and with support from their peers, students will learn how to develop and communicate their artistic voice, learn observational and critical skills and explore the ‘why’ behind their work and interests. We will share examples of our work, technical troubleshooting, craftsmanship, creative development and more.

Note:
There will be no class on Sunday, October 8th due to Thanksgiving.

Base Tuition:
$410
