THE WORLD OF 4K: INCOMING FALL GRADE 4K
Class | Registration opens 4/12/2025 7:00 AM CDT
This course is for students who will be 4K eligible for the 2025-2026 school year. Students will work on building routines and developing social skills with peers. Students will also work on math, literacy, gross motor and fine motor skills through play. Come join the fun!
Special Notes: During this three week course, students will be divided into groups and spend one week with each 4K teacher. They will all be doing the same routines, but with different themed activities.
Ms. Horst: Join us for a week long course of navigating the high seas! Go fishing in the dramatic play, or look for buried treasure in the sensory bin. We will read stories, play games, and complete fun learning activities, all while building routines of school!
Ms. Dart: Calling all 4K Campers! Do you love camping, campfires, fishing and smores? In this class, students will get to experience the typical 4K school day schedule with a fun camping theme! We will also have crafts, snacks and some outdoor fun. Let the camping adventure begin!
Mrs. Lawonn and Mrs. Wessel: We are wild about school and learning! Come join us for a week of Zoo/Jungle Themed stories, crafts, sensory bins, dramatic play, a snack and other learning activities. This class will give you a peek into a typical 4K schedule while having some "wild" fun!
**Note: We will be spending some time outside each day (weather permitting), so please make sure you have proper outside attire and shoes. It is also important to apply sunscreen prior.
