INTRO TO SPARTAN FOOTBALL #1 (INCOMING FALL GRADES 5-7)

MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS July 7 - July 30

This course will introduce students to the schemes, philosophies, and fundamentals of the Luxemburg Casco Football Program. Students will have the opportunity to learn offensive and defensive schemes as well as position-specific skills, all while playing exciting games and other activities to prepare them for the upcoming football season. 

*Boys entering grades 5-7  who plan on playing football are highly encouraged to sign up for this class, along with Speed and Strength Session 3.*
