This course combines speed and strength training. It will offer students the instruction and opportunity to learn how to safely and properly increase speed, agility, strength, flexibility, overall athletic ability, fitness, and overall wellness. *Students may sign up for any of the sessions, but upper-class HS athletes are encouraged to sign-up for earlier sessions. However, students can sign up for any session that works with his/her schedule. Each session will be capped at 60 participants. .
