The LC Junior Volleyball program is open to girls of all ability levels, ages 9-15. Here you’ll learn and work on the fundamentals of volleyball, develop proper mechanics, and gain valuable game play experience. This traditional style volleyball camp is coached by the current HS coaching staff. The 8:00-10:00 session is called Future Spartans and will prepare girls for middle school and high school volleyball. The 10:00-11:30am session is called Lil Sparty and will be skills, games and movement based. Each session will be three weeks long. If you know you are going to miss time because of vacation or other, come as many days as you can. Girls will not need any equipment for camp, they just need to be dressed properly for being in the gym. Please have the girls in phy-ed shoes– no boots or dress shoes.
