Water Makers 201 - a hands-on clinic
Hands On Clinic | Available
There are two main types of water maker pumps used by Cruisers: Energy Recovery or Piston Pumps.
Rich will bring one of each pump types along with the standard water maker components to dissect.
The workshop will provide advanced troubleshooting and rebuilding of water maker systems and components.
There will be a water maker set up to run and let people operate.
The goal would be that someone who takes the Water Makers 101 and 201 will have the skills and water maker knowledge to not just select the water maker that meets their cruising needs and use profile (101) but the hands-on workshop would give them the skills to service, troubleshoot and repair their water maker when down Island (201 class).
