Make paper pulp from a combination of recycled paper, thrums and/or other fabric scraps, and dried plant material, and then make paper from that pulp. Come learn and experiment. All materials will be provided, but you are welcome to bring some of your own to use and share if you want to.
AGE: 12 and up
**This Class has a special tuition rate for children. At the top of the page, select Youth Discount. At checkout, a child's tuition will be discounted to $20. The student must be registered as a child in your account profile to receive the discount

I am a paper maker. I have learned a lot while making paper over the years and enjoy sharing this fun and rewarding craft with others. It has been especially fun to find ways to recycle waste fiber into usable paper. I also weave baskets and have taught basic basket weaving classes intermittently as well. As a homeschool mom for more than 30 years, I had many opportunities to share these skills with others in various settings.
