This class will cover the contents of the new LWV website (news, amenities, services, calendars, Code Red, etc.) and use of the online technology tools used by Laguna Woods Village. These tools and apps include Dwelling Live (guest passes), Resident Portal (work orders, HOA assessments, etc.), Ticket Portal (Performing Arts Center), and Recreation Department Apps.
Please make sure your email address is registered with Resident Services (949-597-4600) so we can help you log in and take advantage of these services AND that you can access your email on your phone or a computer in class in order to register for the TT portals and other systems we will cover. Also, you will need to access your personal email on your phone or class computer in order to register for the Tech Tools portals and other system features, so please bring your email login credentials.
