During the three sessions, we will be exploring Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Hungary, Croatia and Greece – countries that are in and near the Balkan Peninsula. Americans are just starting to visit some of these countries and are surprised at what they find. We will go beyond travel brochure highlights to understand these welcoming but complex countries. We will also share local foods and beverages.
