Sleep Quality and Brain Health OC

Class | Available (Membership Required)

In this session we will be discussing how maintaining good sleep quality and brain health becomes increasingly important as we age. We'll cover how managing chronic conditions like high blood pressure or diabetes plays a crucial role, since these can affect both sleep and cognitive function. We will also explain that while some supplements may be beneficial, it's always essential to consult with your pharmacist or doctor first to prevent potential medication interactions. We'll explore practical lifestyle strategies that can help enhance sleep quality, maintain sharper brain function, and improve overall quality of life. Finally, we'll emphasize how small, consistent changes in daily habits can make a meaningful difference in promoting healthy aging.
NOTE SPECIAL TIME: 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM
