This course will focus on the entire process of discovering, developing (including preformulation or early phase development) and testing (preclinical through clinical) of new drug substances through the various phases of its life cycle (Discovery, in vitro and in vivo testing, ADME, Toxicology and Biodistribution, Investigational New drug (IND) submission and approval, Human Clinical trials and New Drug Application (NDA).
