This class is to help you become familiar with your computer. Topics include but are not limited to how to use your device, where saved files go once you close them, how to navigate your desktop, and much more. You will learn how to protect yourself from scammers and how to identify what emails, text, and phone calls are legit, how to protect yourself, best practices, and what to do if you are attacked. The AI portion will go over the pros and cons of this new technology and how it can help you in your day to day life.
Robert Roche
Robert Roche works at a hospital as a Systems Administrator. He earned his BA and MBA at Iona College and has also taught at their LIRIC program. Robert is the author of three novels "A War on Two Fronts", "The Awakened Commuter", and "Breaking Point" all available on Amazon. In recent years, Robert has taken up acting as a hobby, appearing in movies and TV shows. He is also pursuing another passion by learning how to fly private planes. Robert has been an instructor with HRCE for three years.
