For True Beginners!! If you have wanted to learn how to sew then this is the class for you! Throughout this course,
you will work on two projects. This class will focus on developing and maintaining good sewing machine skills, basic pattern drafting, laying out and cutting fabric, reading and following a commercial paper pattern, and basic hand sewing techniques. This course requires that you bring your own machine.
**A list of required supplies will be emailed to you one week prior to the first class. **
There is a class fee for Project Materials $35.00 (no checks) due on the first class

Cynthia Cameron
Cynthia Cameron has been sewing for several years. She has gleaned her love and knowledge for sewing from a long line of dressmakers and sewing enthusiasts in her family. She studied pattern making 1 and 2 at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Cynthia has been teaching privately and in small groups for over 10 years and looks forward to sharing her knowledge with HRCE.
