"Meditation can not only relieve our anxiety and stress, but it puts us in touch with our fundamental nature of goodness, positivity, and our innate wisdom, allowing us to connect with others and connect with our innermost nature of goodness and love.
This course will spend time with meditation, compassion and interconnectedness, openness and receptivity, and what is called buddhanature.
This course is offered in person and online in a hybrid format. A zoom link will be provided for those who cannot participate in person."
Tom Andrews
Tom Andrews has practiced and studied Tibetan Buddhist meditation for 25 years, has led courses with Rigpa NYC, and is an authorized teacher within the Nyingma tradition. He lives in Hastings on Hudson.
