Joy Jacobson
Joy Jacobson has over 30 years of experience as a personal and group fitness instructor, with a specialization in functional aging. She has been teaching MELT and Tai Chi since 2014 and is a newly certified QiGong instructor. Her classes are designed to help people feel better, move better, and age better.
