Beginners will learn the copper foil method of stained glass construction used by Louis Comfort Tiffany. We will cover basic skills of designing, cutting, foiling and soldering as you work at your own pace. The first class will be a demonstration and orientation of tools as well as safety procedures. Intermediate students will work in three dimensions to create lampshades and boxes. All students will complete two to four projects during this course dependent upon skill and amount of time spent working outside of class.
