UpLift Jump Rope's recreational jump rope class is for students in 2nd grade and higher of all skill levels. School year classes focus on building skills in individual single rope, long rope, double dutch, and Chinese wheel. Students progress at their own pace and create simple routines along the way. Jump rope improves coordination, endurance, rhythm, and creativity. Classes will be held in the DaVinci Academy gym.
