ABOUT OUR KIDS CLASSES In our classes, your child will learn the techniques necessary to complete various obstacles. Obstacles include (but are not limited to), Tilting Ladder, Six Steps, Rings, Jumping Spider, Cannonball Alley, Pegs, Big Wheels, and SO MUCH MORE! We will also practice some basic parkour movement such as vaults, ninja rolls, palm spins, wall flips, and wall runs. Your child will learn the skills they need to master balance, agility, strength and their overall fitness level - all while having a blast doing it! Every week, the coaches will put together fun new courses to keep things interesting & challenging. We love to see the boost in confidence week after week in our students as they increase their skill level, build coordination and strength all through movement - Ninja-Style!
