End-of-life conversations can be uncomfortable, but they are important and allow for you and your loved ones to care for one another. Medical Advance Directives and Medical Power of Attorney will be discussed, as well as all end-of-life options, including Medical Aid in Dying, and Illinois State Bill 3499.  The documentary,  “The Last Flight Home”, will be introduced in Section One and finished in Session Two with discussion to follow.   A hospice volunteer, nurse, and social worker will help facilitate the discussion and answer questions on end-of-life information covered in Session One.
